Real Estate Studio

The redesign of the studio space for the Real Estate program was a collaboration between the digital fabrication facilities and the traditional woodshop/modelshop facilities (before they were later combined into one entity).

The digital fabrication team used parametric design and fabricated sculptural wall and window screens using CNC routed HDPE material. The woodshop team designed and renovated the larger space, and helped facilitate the connection system for the sculptural screens, as well as fabricating custom furniture and walnut wall paneling.
